Action Item Learning LLC is my independent training design and development practice. I’m an instructional designer with a legal background who works with complex regulatory and compliance content, transforming dense material into clear, practical learning experiences.

I’m motivated by the challenge of making complicated topics understandable, relevant, and even engaging.

As a former Lead Auditor and ISO 9001 coordinator, I have firsthand understanding of compliance-related roles and empathy for the demands of this work. That perspective helps me design training that feels more connected to the real world.
